Ok folks. Last chance to buy discounted advance tickets for the first-ever Austin Outdoor Living Tour (Saturday, April 17). Come check out 9 of Austin’s most stunning locations for landscape architecture. Just $12 in advance or $20 at the door (advance tickets are available through Friday, April 16 at 5:00 pm)

As a continuation of last week’s sneak peak into the properties featured on the Outdoor Living Tour, here are the last five properties available for your viewing pleasure!

200 Le Grande Avenue: This English Cottage is the opposite of a quaint countryside home. Newly renovated and expanded, this spacious outdoor living area is accented by grand oak trees that have graced the property for over 100 years. Antique wood doors complemented by beautiful stone patios create an excellent space for entertaining. Relaxation is this outdoor living space’s greatest feature where you can curl up with a book while being soothed to the sound of water from the elegant water trough.

3000 E. Cesar Chavez: This east side studio (home of Action Figure) is a breath of fresh air. Renovated using recycled materials from the old meat packing plant that used to live here, give this outdoor atelier new life. Lush gardens offer a cozy retreat for private entertaining or a perfect place to hold staff meetings in order to escape the mundane office scenery. Executives at this East Austin production studio can relax and enjoy their private modern garden office space.

Number eight on the tour is presented by Anthony’s Fireplace & Patio. 1913 Cliff Street offers beautiful tree canopies a stones throw away from The University of Texas campus. Seven different sized units form this snug community sharing a communal space and a private garden. This property offers a 360 degree view from the roof top deck and stunning lighting creates a warm seclusion from the central Austin location.

Number nine is a Tarrytown sculpture garden smack in the heart of Austin. Splashing fountains and outdoor showers create a mystical escape in a tranquil environment. There are several serene gathering spaces for entertainment and leisure, either by a cozy fireplace or flowing fountain. Designed to create a sanctuary nestled in central Austin, Davis Jane successfully flatters the home with the elements of the landscape.

This property personifies the phrase “outdoor living space,” because it is exactly just that. Amenities create an outdoor living room built for casual conversation in the beautiful outdoors rather than inside the home. A refreshing breeze sweeps from the south up from the green belt to make it an enjoyable place during most evenings. Garnished by smooth cut limestone, casual meets luxury with light sconces skillfully crafted from local artificer, Two Hills Studio.

Join Launch787 and Mosaic at Mueller for the Outdoor Living Tour on April 17 from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm. Your ticket ($12 in advance; $20 at the door) gets you into all 9 properties and a cocktail hour presented by Tito’s Vodka, Dos Equis, Nadamoo and Waialua Soda. Check out the Outdoor Living Tour.
