Jewelry lovers unite! There is a new place in Austin to get the perfect pieces to suit your eclectic, “Austin-y” style. This Friday, October 9, Art on 5th is opening its newest addition, The Art of Jewelry.
This jewelry shop/art exhibition features one-of-a-kind pieces from designers from all over the country. These designers have used materials in unique and inventive ways and transformed them into beautiful, wearable works of art and they will be displayed in the same fashion. Prices range from everyday, realistic jewelry prices to $100s, and $1000s for the biggest occasions.
The grand opening party kicks off Friday at 6:30 pm and goes until 9:00 pm at the new space just next door to ART on 5th. It will feature a mini fashion show, fantastic food from Borboleta Gourmet (organic, gluten-free and local!), and several of the designers will be on-hand to meet and greet.
