With the Outdoor Living Tour descending upon us in just over a week, we wanted to give you a sneak peek of the first several featured outdoor spaces.

House number one resides in Northwest Hills on a 1 acre lot. Designed by Botanical Concerns and owned by Annie Gillespie, the living areas are burgeoning with picturesque flowers and overflowing with greenery. Both front and back  are equipped with ensconced porches and a zen sitting area. A disappearing fountain trickles peacefully in the welcoming entrance area and the backyard encompasses a serene waterfall for ultimate relaxation time.

Number two on the tour parades a botanical, plaza style courtyard with multiple garden rooms waiting to be explored on Bunny Run. Water features make you feel like you’ve entered into a fantasy world as all your senses are aroused. This outdoor living space even has its own herb-garden terrace within convenient access of the kitchen for fresh, organically seasoned home-cooked meals. Have you ever imagined waking up in the morning to your own tropical oasis? This property brings dreams to reality with a private garden located just outside the master bedroom spa.

Presented by Modern Pools, Inc., this Pascal Lane home is sure to be an unforgettable one. After many extensive facelifts, this 1983 home is making its mark in 2010. What may appear to be a humble home to the naked eye is in fact a luxurious get-away to the current owners. Meant to provide privacy, the demurely designed home actually allows for hosting large scale events. The vast outdoor space is perfect for children to run free and for the adults to relax with a professional grade grill and beer tap. The focal point is the enormous pool by Modern Pools in the very center of the property. The inside will be available for viewing as well because, lucky for you, this majestic home is for sale and could be yours for the listed price of $3,000,000.

This Clear Link residence, located on Redbud Trail, is a stunning expansion upon an original 900 square foot home. Another cutting-edge design by Cottam Hargrave and Modern Pools, the pool and patio area is centered between the new two-story bedroom wing and the original home. A huge clear glass living area overlooks the courtyard and multi-level pool, which look out onto Westlake hills. In addition to the outdoor living space being available for viewing, guests may also take a stroll through the interior of the home.

As if these luxurious settings weren’t enough, there are still five more stunning living areas on the tour waiting to be enjoyed…

Remember, tickets for the tour are $12 in advance or $20 at any of the properties the day of the event. Purchase tickets ahead of time here to experience these exceptional landscape designs. Your ticket price includes a post-event cocktail hour presented by Tito’s Vodka and Dos Equis to benefit St. Jude’s Childrens’ Hospital at Mosaic at Mueller.
