If you have reached this page, you are a vendor at one of the Shop787 dates at The Phoenix. If you have reached this page in error, please follow a different Launch787 link.
If you are in fact a vendor, please keep reading:
- The Phoenix is located at 409 Colorado St. The entrance is between Frank and Cuba Libre.
- There is NO rain plan. The Phoenix is a 100% indoor venue, so the event is rain or shine.
PLEASE check the following list to ensure its accuracy. If any errors have been made, let us know immediately. Your load-in TIME is noted next to your name. PLEASE come on time for load-in. Do not come early as we won’t be able to accommodate you easily.

PLEASE NOTE: You are more than welcome to set up your vendor space and leave, BUT we will have dozens of people in and out of the building. While our assumption is that your items would be secure, we take no liability for anything that may get stolen while you are away from your vendor booth.
Your Space:
We are working the confines of an existing club. Your vendor booth spaces are APPROXIMATELY 8-foot x 8-foot. Some spaces may be slightly deeper or shallower, etc. Several spaces will have seating attached to them via the built-in sofas (we are posting images of the interior of the venue at the bottom of this page so you have some idea of what the space looks like). We are not guaranteeing any specific space at this point to anyone but we will do our best to accommodate requests as load in occurs.
There are no walls surrounding your booth. Be courteous to your neighbors.
If you have a wall behind you, you may not put holes in it or attach tape to it (with the exception of blue painters tape). Please be courteous to our venue.
Every space is equal in this venue. No one space is better than another. Please do not ask us where your space will be. We will determine that with the venue. Please do not ask us to change your location on the day of the event.
Equipment/Tables/Power:
As stated in prior information, no rentals are available for this event. You are responsible for bringing your own tables, linens, lamps, etc.
POWER will be available. We will turn the house lights up, but the venue is still a little bit dark. Please bring your own floor/table lamps. Please also bring extension cords and power strips. We will drop power strips in certain areas to make the length to run power shorter, but it will help if you bring your own to ease on moving the drops around.
Unloading / Loading / Parking:
This is tricky. Generally speaking, there are about 4 parking spaces directly in front of the Phoenix that are available during the load in times we’ve specified. However, those spaces are metered and could be taken without our knowledge. There is a parking lot on the south side of Frank (next door). It’s a paid lot, but has plenty of spaces available that we can borrow for short periods of time during load in. Or, it may be in your best interest to just pay for a parking space in that lot to keep you from having to move your car multiple times once you’ve loaded in. If you do get one of the metered spots directly in front of the Phoenix, please unload as fast as possible and move your car so we can accommodate the next vendor.
The Phoenix is on the 2nd floor of its building. There is an elevator available, but we’ll all have to work together to get merchandise on and off the elevator as quickly as possible. We will also have one dolly at the venue to help move things a little quicker.
Before you unload, please find Matt Swinney or another Launch787 representative to let you know where your booth space will be.
You MUST be ready to sell product at 5:00 pm sharp.
Other Information:
We will be taking advantage of the house system at the Phoenix to set the mood.
Wireless Internet access IS available. We will help you get hooked up when you get there. If you have an online credit card processing system, you will be able to run it from the venue. We have also been told that mobile phone service is reliable inside the venue. Hard wire phone lines are not available.
Please do not strike your booth or begin load-out until 9:00 pm or when our staff says it’s ok to go ahead and tear down. Our theory is that if vendors are continuing to sell merchandise, we’re ok with you staying as long as you’d like past 9:00. We will not force you to stay later than 9:00 pm though.
Now that you have read all of this information, we ask that you email us here to confirm that you’ve read all of this and agree to everything we’ve laid out (or ask us any questions).
